Are you taking new patients?
Yes, we welcome new patients in Hope Island and the surrounding Gold Coast suburbs. You can book online any time or call reception on 07 5510 9222 to arrange your first appointment.
Do I need an appointment to see a GP?
Booking an appointment is best so we can allow enough time for your concern. You can book online or by phone. If you’re unwell and need to be seen promptly, let reception know and we’ll do our best to help.
Can I have a telehealth appointment instead of coming in?
We bulk bill eligible Medicare patients, including children under 16, DVA, concession and pension card holders. Other consultations are privately billed with a Medicare rebate. Reception can confirm any costs before your appointment.
Can my whole family see your GPs?
Yes. Our GPs care for patients of all ages – from babies and children to adults and older people – so your whole family can be looked after in one clinic.
