Can’t make it into the clinic? Our GPs offer telehealth appointments by phone or video, so you can get medical advice, prescriptions, referrals and follow-ups from home or work. It’s a convenient option for many everyday health needs – and bulk billed for eligible Medicare patients.


Telehealth lets you speak with one of our GPs without travelling to the clinic – helpful if you’re unwell, busy, caring for others, or live further away. We offer appointments by phone and video, and your GP will let you know if you need to be seen in person.
